♥ money money
studyin studying... while studying i looked at my new sweater, which i loved very much, bought at xi dan, and costs only 50yuan. i recall the shop owner giving me the price of 50yuan, and i tried very hard to lower it. when i didnt manage to succeed, i walked away. after which, i walked back again, n tried again. hahaha... he niam-ed alot, say the quality is good, say the price is worth it, say we have to understand how much effort was put into knitting the sweater, and that this price was alrdy the minimum. eventually, i bought it at 50yuan.
.
to think of it, its only sg10 dollars. to think of it, how much do those pple really Really earn from one sweater like that? sometimes i feel guilty for tryin so hard to cut down the price. the few dollars to us may mean nothing; we would have paid for much more for the same item back in sg. but here, to those pple who are sellin us the items, it may mean a meal to them. or a new toy for their children. or maybe even more.
.
we see those beggars on the street. usually we see the same few. some of them are even young and healthy. i nvr ever gave them a single cent. but u do see some others giving them money. what is the proper reaction to them? sometimes u ignored them... and then minutes later, u spent dollars on ur favorite food, or on an item u dont really need. would it be better spent on them? cuz a few dollars may as well make their day? i dunno. sometimes i just think evry one is so suspicious of everything. such a typical singaporean. but i do hear that some of them are under societies, ie. all their earnings actually go somewhere else. and i also hear that some of the beggars, if they look jialat enough, actually earn alot more than those who put in effort to maintain a shop or sell items by the roadside. are these true? if so, how sad.

haha enough of philosophical things. i just shifted my bedroom arrangement! now my table is by the window, with loads of space to put my books. previously i threw all my stuff onto one bed, so i have one less bed to nua in. NOW....hahaha i have the luxury of TWO enticing beds! hehehe revamped the outlook and bought a new quilt, with a super smooth quilt cover... now... one bed is purple-blue outlook and the other is yellow-grey. super pretty and Darn comfortable! i couldn decide which is my favorite! HAHA doesnt really matter. ive set aside the yellow one for sleepin at night, and the purple one for napping! heheheheheh~ shoik! ever since i shifted the arrangement...i have been sleepin late and taking more naps than usual. DIE.
.
