♥ three big things in one short day

I do not think it is fair to see the whole affair entirely as a result of the student's moral values or Singapore's tertiary education at this point in time. This is a very serious affair and I believe both parties will have a part to play in the tragedy. I do not believe all the professors are as angelic as most people would believe them to be. |

i specially signed up for an account and posted the above not half an hr ago on straits times comment board... this incident is probably the talk of the day for singaporeans, esp ntu students... from the previous comments of the board, it is apparent that most non-students appear to be on the side of the professors, in most problems that seem to have occured in schools. i dont like this assumption! i recall days back in my secondary sch in which sometimes there're conflicts btw me n my teachers, n sometimes im right, while the teachers r wrong, but whenever i tell my story to my mother, she would NEVER stand on my side. she would insist that the teacher was right in some way or another. WHY is that so? i think its high time to address this problem.

why is there always the assumption that teachers are always right? they're human, just like the students. what makes people think that they are more likely to make the correct judgements, while students are more error-prone? higher education? more self-control? i really want to know the 来龙去脉 of this stabbing incident. the student is a president of a club summore, i dun think he is the type to injure without a reason. and students, we can imagine how difficult some professors may be at certain times. lets just hope the truth can come out soon, n stop letting pple frame either side.

this story came right after we finished our virology quiz. . n i am SO dead. haha n kaka too. why? cuz we din noe its NON-mcq. . its freaking FOUR pages of open-ended. muahaha. DIE. . . . anyways, me, kaka, limin, jessica, charlene and xinyi decided to "celebrate" the last biology quiz of our life, as well as the "holiday" we were bestowed with (cuz our 各家学说 laoshi still in beijing -_____-). yups. so we went kbox n sang our throats rotten. . muahaha kaka was hilarious! this is the third time im k-ing with her, n it just gets better! eh, TOO BAD to xiong xiong n baobei! hahahaaha the boyfriends are dumped for the day! its a girls' day out!
