♥ poor tongue
im seriously pissed.
.
oveR?
my mouth.
.
agaiN?!
YES.
.
recently my jaw shifted back (i think) n my teeth got into contact w a part of my tongue tt is not used to having teeth brushing past it every single minute. hence, abrasion. n it HURTS LIKE MAD! grrrrr... ydae night, i cant take it anymore, i pushhhed the jaw as much as possible in front. felt abit better. at least, better enough to sleep w/o feeling super pissed.
.
today, i decided to visit ntu medical centre dentist.
regretted.
.
consultation for ~15min --> $15?!?!?!?!
n its supp to be subsidized?!
AND what's the advice?
.
"you are too stressed. relax more, study less, and it will naturally go away. trust me."
"huh? but im not stressed leh... this sem v relaxing alrdy"
"there must be something that is causing you to grind ur teeth when ur sleepin at night"
"huh? i cant think of any reason... oh, does talkin too much or chewing hard stuff contribute to this?"
"totally no link. it must be the STRESS"
"oh ok, is there anything else u can do for me? like shift it back to position? or do i need an x-ray? u got any recommendations?"
"its ok, just dun so stress, n u will get better"
"oh ok, thanks doc." (and pays $15)
